We Don't Do Markups
We don’t work with expensive interior design centers and then mark up the product 50% to over 100% as many designers do. With wonderful and low cost furnishings available from online sources at a discount and delivery, we believe the it’s one of the the most cost effective methods of sourcing furnishings and other design products and should be taken advantage of. We also have access to industry pricing from other distributors of which savings we pass on direct to you without markup.
We Coordinate & Time-Manage Your Project
This is the part of renovation or remodeling that most people have found grueling! We are a design firm and not a general contractor, however, we provide recommendations and work closely with the contractors that may need to play a hand in your project, and also manage the project for you. Usually we have an established history of working with them and know what to expect. We collect bids, do scheduling and manage the timelines. Not only is this a great convenience to you, but it adds and additional level of security and trust. Again, no markup!
We Design, But We Love to Work Collaboratively
It’s your sanctuary, so we want you to be delighted when you open the door. We present our ideas and plans, but love to hear yours. Since there is no one perfect way to create a design, we always keep the options open when you want to be involved in the process. We study design and do not pigeon-hole our clients into one specific design style, but love to work in every different styles depending on the architecture of their home or space and their personal esthetic.
